Hi, I've changed my investor password on the MT4 platform in line with myfxbook's and clicked "connect" and it has already connected successfully. Why are my records not updated yet?

Also, I don't see any option to verify my trading privileges. What's my code for the "comments" when i make a MT4 order to verify my trading privilege? Thanks.

I am an aspiring independent filmmaking trader.

if you changed your investor password to the one given by Myfxbook you will have your privileges confirmed in a couple hours usually.

I have changed it and when I clicked on "Connect", the connection was successful. I waited 2 hour more and 2 more and 2 more but nothing is verified. Can you check anything at all from your side?

I can't, I don't work for myfxbook.

You should hit the contact button at the bottom right of the page and describe the situation, I bet they'll fix it in less than 24h.

Ah okay. i thought you work for them. my apolgoies. i's getting quite frustrating that my trading records arent updating as they should automatically.

If you are using a VPS + MetaTrader 4 I would recommend using their EA to update your statement.

That's much more stable. Auto-update tend to take breaks once in a while an won't update for a few hours.

Regarding trading privileges /track record, I had to wait 1 week. So it should probably work for you too
