My gridder is set for slow and safe and will never blow. Annual increase 10-12 percent. DD max is 10 %.

I have seen it, not done it. If you find the right expert and play with all the settings and do a lot of backtesting..
I recently learned how to do backtests (never had any interest in it before) and now I see why the experts I thought were "profitable" were not. Thank goodness they didn't blow my accounts. It gave me a lot of insight. Is sort of a "gamechanger"

It is. I built my own EA robot and it trades while I sleep or doing my full time job. I run it on a couple or several currency pairs and they are my slave working for me 24 hours/day. I just have to manage it when the market direction went bad. Overall, I'm profitable and frees me from any emotional decision that affects my trading.
