I like money management and risk management very much. It plays a vital role in my success.

the leverage always works as a killer. Because the traders we have always fall a great loss by using leverage especially when high ration. But sometimes it brings profit very rapidly when there is real trading plan with great risk management approach. Actually forex market is too much risky and volatile. Risk is everywhere and from all trading elements leverage always contains more risk. so before trading with leverage we have to make sure how to manage risk in Fx.

Yes, that's a major part to check. Also, checking on the broker's regulation is a must, what do you think?

You’re right and I guess the brokers that support scalping offer ECN accounts. The scalpers this way can be able to view the statistics on positive and negative slippage on their platform’s statistics page.

beginners not willing to serious in demo , no emotions and real money in here for that , so  they can participate in demo trading contest. its minimum better than as usual trading 

washing video is good , i agree , but it not works at all for long term , more appropriate is to read articles about topics any.

I would not advise taking risks that are not justified and with which you could not cope due to lack of experience and practice

instead of demo i right now i am busy with micro account which really supportive to ensure real trading experience. its my own experience

micro account is good but sometimes any kind of live account can make beginners emotional and greedy.

I also agree. After demo practice trades should use this type of account with low capital.

emotions only things that can make you loser in real life even trading life. generally we traders choose with our broker emotionally . and trade emotionally most of the time.

as a beginner if we cant take losses as a regular part it will be a great problem , because loss is a thing that we the traders of course have to face because its a very common thing .  

Risk management is really helpful if you pay close attention to it in the beginning. Pairing it with money management is a very good strategy for every trader.

A new trader should not rush to real trading. Instead spend more time in the demo.

you can start with learning first above all from psychology of school. go through this educational site minimum for 2 times . it will bring awesome knowledge with live experience.
