Hi all,
I am a bit confused about how to read an Order Book data from Kraken API call here:

https://api.kraken.com/0/public/Depth?pair=EURJPY

Let's say that it's EURJPY

what currency is "volume"? For example EURJPY right now shows ASK price=129.668 and ASK volume=3644.315.
I can deduce from current exchange rates that price of 129 is what 1 EUR buys you.

But what is 3644.315? I guess it can't be JPY because that's just 30 EUR!!! who would try to sell that?
Anu insights from experienced players?

Is the volume in JPY? I just find it a bit weird for someone to try and sell 3644.315/129.668=28.10 EUR!

Volume indicates how many traders are in the market according to the broker database.
