Would like to set up hands off trading system

Hi, I've traded forex and gold in the past, but cannot do so because I have other things going on at this time.

I would like to try out some of the systems listed on the site, and am wondering if anyone has done so. If you have, I'd like recommendations on broker, platform, and what other services you've found have worked for you.
