I am looking for a time based volume indicator for MT4 platform.
Time based in terms of historical volume at specific times in the past relative to the current volume. An example the volume on a 15 minute chart now as compared to the same 15 minute period over the last month or two.
The idea I have is to take the mean of the set of 15 minute historical time frames and then compare the current volume to the historical volume for the 15 minute time frame. The concept is to determine whether the current volume is greater or less than the historical volume during the same time frame.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In fact, such proposals seem more promising to me because they do not contain any ridiculous promises of a large 100% profit. I am more of a verb in small, but stable profit, and I am glad that traders share their developments and their ideas. This is a great opportunity to learn something new and find unusual solutions to your problems.

I have received many responses that suggest I am selling a system. This is not the case. I am looking for help in developing an indicator for MT4.
My idea was to develop a baseline based upon an average of volume during the same time frame. Example is the volume greater or less than the volume during the same time frame over the last month.

You will require a technical understanding for this. Either you can learn it yourself via different sources, or hire someone to do the job for you.

I have strategies that help you to earn not less than 40% a month if not 100% ( I can show you) , but I need to partner a professional Developer , he will get the knowledge , I get the expert , fair enough.
