Guys, we've covered this issue before, and as Elkart stated, since we can't measure equity yet, the drawdown is based on the balance - we're working on it though.
Syed, the contest is for the highest return, so the drawdown will not have any effect on the winners (open positions are liquidated at the end of the contest).

Sorry, I had not seen other posts regarding this.
You are already reporting on Equity on the Stats tab and percentage of equity. Couldn't you just put this on the main portfolio page as 100-percentage of Equity?
If you're referring to creating a line chart of the equity, then no, it's not possible since the equity information is currently available only when the statement is updated (MetaTrader). Since the chart must cover all history, this solution is just not good enough.

A line chart would be ideal, however, I can see that this is not possible.
I have multiple systems listed in Home and Portfolio tab. Would you be able to add an extra column to the Home or Portfolio tab for each system such that the current drawdown is listed?
With this I can then see at a glance which are heavy in drawdown.
Many thanks and sorry to keep going on about this.

hi,
Is the draw-down and float is the same thing?....my understanding:
1) Draw-down means how heavy the system was closed in loss(-ve) and
2) Floating means the equity vs balance in -ve but the orders was yet no closed.
May i know the draw-down reported in my system was the highest -ve figure already closed position or the highest -ve figure use to float.
😎

Yes, you're correct. Drawdown is a peak-to-trough decline during your performance. Currently it is calculated using the balance, meaning closed trades only.

...so if that was the case is there any way i can see their floating figure of any system publish here, especially if their system involved with martingale strategy, their short term performance curve might look nice but how to see their floating figure experience?😝
