How to activate the live update on my account?

Dear contara2070,

We offer two types of Live Update subscriptions:

1. Single Account Subscription: This subscription is applicable to a specific account and costs $4.16 per month, billed yearly.
2. Multi Account Subscription: This subscription can be transferred between different accounts in your portfolio. However, it can only be applied to one account at a time. If you wish to update multiple accounts simultaneously, each account will require a separate subscription. The Multi Account Subscription is priced at $5 per month, billed yearly.

Live Update enables real-time updates for your account without the need to keep your trading platform or computer running. Please note that currently, the Live Update connection method is only available for MT4 accounts.

To connect your account using the Live Update connection method, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the 'Portfolio' tab and click on the 'Add Account' button.
2. Select 'MetaTrader 4 Live Update' as your trading platform, and you will be redirected to the payment page.
3. Choose the subscription plan that suits your requirements and click 'Continue'.
4. Follow the provided instructions to either apply the subscription to an existing account or add a new account.
