Right. I'd be willing to give it a go only if it works on an ECN/STP broker. So please make sure it places any instant orders without SL or TP values and subsequently modifies them (don't place instant orders with SL or TP values attached). It never ceases to amaze me that the majority of EAs sold don't do this simple thing. If you code it that way, it'll still run at a dealing desk broker, but you'd be crazy to try this thing at such a broker. What is it, one extra line of code or two?
Also... Refund policies??
Caveat emptor in the EA world, but I'm sure everyone knows that.

@pc8multifx, the shorter period i see on the stats is 1.07 minutes on GU, the average 1.33 minutes. I don't see any bad thing on that, i'm a scalper and a lot of time do that kind of stuff.
But my point was about pip target, seems really dynamical.
Either if this EA is good or bad, or if the brokers is good or bad, that could be answered by the author by setting this EA on a normal broker like JadeFx, FXMC, etc... Let's see if he answer to that...
If this is a kind of scam, it's gonna be really clear.
Gentlemen, please be patient! We are already testing Dragon EA on a few real accounts with reputable brokers. The results will be released in due time. We know everything about GCG and we'd never put a dime on a real account with it, but why not to test our strategy? And please have in mind that we are not selling anything yet, and will not sell until we can present results that would satisfy persistent sceptics. Just give us a time!

Good answer, I certainly give you time to test and release. Don't worry about the comments too much here...lots of people have been bitten a few times by buying bad EAs...makes them sceptic. Understandable.
Would love to test demo of this EA on The Collective FX (ECN broker)...PM me if that is possible.
Have a great weekend, San.

This look really great!
I wonder if the results would be so good at live account...and with broker with spread 4-5...
In fact Dragon EA is a scalping EA and it will work with any broker allowing scalping. Spread 4-5 pips is too great of course, but there is a lot of brokers with a spread of 1-2-3 pips. Profitabilty of a real account would be 50-70% of demo account profitability. And if you want to withdraw your money safely we would recommend you to run this EA for a couple of hours a day only, otherwise you'll be blacklisted.
Scalper? That makes me laugh. All the trades are closed in the same minute or right after. This surely smells like broker arbitrage, in fact I'm willing to bet that's the strategy, which is probably the reason you chose the GCG demo - that broker has the worst feed possible, making it excellent for arbitrage.
For people who don't know what broker arbitrage is, it pretty much sums up to trying to "watch" the feed of two brokers, a "fast" one and a "slow" one; when there is a gap between the fast and the slow feed, one attempts to open a trade on a slow feed broker, essentially betting that its feed will catch up to the other one. Sure, this works just great on demo, as could be seen from FX Genius, which ended up to be a $2000 scam that almost nobody actually made money with. This EA looks like FX Genius on steroids, in that it:
1. only opens when there's a higher gap and
2. arbitrates more than a currency at once
I'm sorry to rain on your parade, but you will have a very, very, very hard time getting this to work live. Why? Because it most likely won't work on ECN or STP brokers whose feed is too fast and if you do find a market maker or bucket shop that it works at, it's the equivalent of cheating the broker and they will NOT let you get away with it. Contrary to the appearances, they aren't stupid. Most of them have provisions against arbitrage or so called "pip hunting" in their agreements, letting them simply void all trades that fall within the specified rules, without any legal consequence. That's unless you end up with a broker like GCG where you will potentially not even see your deposit back.

Would love to try this live at collective. If it can run anywhere live, collective is it.
But I need some assurances.
I'm doing fine without this.
And if it doesn't come out til January, fine. I'm about to shut things down & close the books on the year anyway.

Pipseater,
If you can make a version that will only run on a demo account, I'd be glad to do it myself. I think others would as well. But as I say, I regard this two week or so period as a treacherous one & I don't think a demo test of dragon would get representative results now anyway.
Collective has spreads on eurusd as low as 0.5 pips, and I've never seen the spread over 2 pips. Executions are instantaneous as well, without requotes or order refusals. It's the ideal place to test this.
MIGBank has 2 pips fixed, but does not allow "scalpers" and they never say what that means. But regardless of the definition, I think a scalper is what dragon is.

Aircohn,
You're right, Dragon EA is a scalper, and we therefore have to look for brokers allowing scalping. I see that you're trying to promote CollectiveFX, but I have nothing to add to my previous message: we have it in our list of brokers-to-check, but we have our own program and we are not going to change it because of someone's wishes. Thank you for patience!

hi Pipseater,
whem will you sell your ea ?
and how much ?
it will work with all broker alpari uk fxpro etc....... jade fx ?
before you decide to buy an EA like this you may want to check it's average win/loss pips, remember to add transaction costs into the equation. Also consider its been running only for less than a month on a demo.
If there was some golden secret EA bot it would be found already by someone smarter than you and me long time ago. Do you really think you can make an insanely good return from an ea on a public forum?

I'm not trying to promote collectivefx. For that matter, you can't open a live account there because they are already fully subscribed and aren't looking for new business. These guys are traders themselves who banded together to open an institutional account with a LP. They make their money trading and are out to limit their size. Their spreads are razor thin, their executions immediate, and they don't care what trading style you use. If I were to describe the sort of broker where your system might do well, that would be it.
I am simply a very happy subscriber/trader myself looking for another revenue stream. I'm doing pretty well already without your system, so I would need some assurances before purchasing/using.

FX Genius anyone?
exactly. We really need to take the time and dig on the statistics.
What is this system offering? 500+% in less than a month? Do you think this is realistic? What is the maximum drawdown? How much is the transaction cost? Can the "EA" make money during different market environment? What is the risk? Ask these questions before you pay hundreds of dollars to get a program that probably has less than 100 lines of code.
