This person is demanding a free MFM4 account and threatening me with bad reviews if I do not comply, I do not respond...

The stats in myfxbook account speaks for itself.

I have all right to demand free upgrade in lie of 3 paid license. You are not telling truth to readers that when I purchased 3 licenses of MFM3 you promised me free future upgrade and now you upgraded MFM3 to MFM4 so I requested that upgrade as per your promise and now you are denying me for up gradation and you are cheating me/your customer.

You are not telling truth to readers that when I purchased 3 licenses of MFM3 you promised me free future upgrade and now you upgraded MFM3 to MFM4 so I requested that upgrade as per your promise and now you are denying me for up gradation and you are cheating me/your customer.

what kind of results did you get with that ea?

You'll excuse us for assuming MFM4 is an upgrade to MFM3:
- both websites looked EXACTLY the same (right down to the layout and design (title, background), descriptions, illustrations, FAQ, etc.) - everything,
- you have used the same name but increased the number by one
- your previous account and website for MFM3 is no longer available
- you don't mention MFM4 as a "totally new EA compared to MFM3" - in fact you don't mention MFM3 at all.

Which raises another question: What has happened to MFM3? No sales page, no myfxbook accounts, no mention on MFM4 sales page... Do you want everyone to forget this EA (like MFM1 and 2)?

I'm glad to hear that you don't need our money (so why sell it?).

I hope your "new" EA will prove your critics wrong. Good luck! 😉

If I would have forced all of my MFM3 traders up to MFM4, many of them would have been unhappy, because MFM4 is a very different EA. I stopped sales of MFM3 because it doesn't make sense to promote two EAs. Plus, MFM4 corrects many of the issues that I came across running MFM3.

1. Customers "unhappy" for an optional upgrade to 4 that corrects many issues of 3? 😲

1. I'm sure you do work hard - if it was easy to make an EA everyone (including me) would be doing it.
2. I don't believe "everything" is a scam, but I am concerned that MFM3 failed miserably (for me and ddr555), yet now you promote MFM4 and forget about MFM3?
3. I appreciate that you created something - I can't. Your conclusion "I cannot stand that you created something that I didn't" doesn't wash with me... I don't know programming. I am not jealous but upset that I spent my money on your worthless MFM3 previously, and all indications now point to you (the seller) just "bundling up" your old EA and repackaging it in a "new" one (though nothing has changed).

You don't have to answer your critics like me: the truth will eventually come out. But why don't you provide some evidence to backup your claims? Show some screenshots to prove Inputs are different, or the chart is different, or something? You should be seeking to resolve any problems, rather than encouraging debates about your product.
