Hmm, this account has been in trade over a year and is real money and works over the longer term, in fact Birt has withdrawn the starting principle multiple times :

I guess the several brokers you tried it at are unsuitable for tick scalping, its requirement are very specific - are you aware you simply cant run it on any old broker and that it is notoriously difficult to arrive at a working combination ?.....I know traders who stick with it to this day and make pips with it.
The truth is that tick scalping is profitable, but its primarily the tricks that brokers and LP's play that make it unprofitable for many.
Lets not overlook the fact that volatility is near all time lows on the EURUSD pair these past months and this does tick scalping no favours, check the daily ATR since 2008 and tell me what you see.....yeap, its nearly flatlined.

birts account isn't relevant, since he trades on a secret private broker and his intention is obviously to earn money by selling as much as it gets as an affiliate of all these commercial EAs. Means the doors are wide open for manipulated performances by hiding the broker details. This guy has lost most of his former credibility by conflict of interest...

In addition to that:
- Birts does not fight with others for liquidity, execution speed....
- Birts trades only micro lots, not even mini! That makes the difference as well
NewMillenium is also a vendor who failed to earn money with similar strategy in the long term and he's trying to upsell his product, simply because he makes money from others buying his products and trading for him (IB deals). He does not make any money trading for himself - this is simply as that.

Was Birt ever relevant? No! And I am with FinFX. Slippage is to be expected. Accept it as being the norm. Besides, I scalp for 2.3 pips so slippage is irrelevant as Birt.

what about you adam , try your Minute trader or NMI in real account and loose every thing ,its also on same statergy

Also MDP is listed over 1.5 year ago and in this time William Morrison show any number of Real live accounts if he faith his own system, But he is not been able to do it and proof itself that his system is only for DEMO ACCOUNTS. where liquidity is like a dream and 100,00,000 lots are ready for each single tick which is not possible in Real accounts.

Anyone who is trading forex for life or seriously at least won't do this with market makers. And real market doesn't recognize micro or nano accounts even. So, these accounts are not on the market at all. Every market maker will steal your money when your account will grow : That's my experience from 11 years in this business. And when you will try to use MDP or almost any other scalper with ECN/STP broker - EA will lose only. When we trade on real market we have to know that execution is slow and because of that slippage is possible too. But ECN/STP broker doesn't steal your money like market maker.
I totally agree with 'imfx' and conclusion is simple: Crappy scalpers are good for rookies only and for their dreams about easy wealth. And producers of such EAs play on that only. In reality forex trading is hard work for traders with real trading knowledge only.
