People still waiting for their funds from fxsalt bankruptcy and that was in Jan 2015 .
The whole purpose of a registered company is tax haven and corporate anonymity.
Companies are not required to file financing statements in the British Virgin Islands when borrowing money

Also when insolvency takes place, the money goes to the creditors first, that would be the providers of liquidity(banks, prime brokerage) and not individual clients.
