There you go :) They finally confirmed my track record. There was confusion with Pepperstone server type. In the server list, they have so many different options. I have the EDGE type account but the server which is needed to choose is actually named
'pepperstone-live' not 'pepperstone-live-edge'.
They should really fix that bug. I bet many have same problem.
