Any decent broker should be fine. As with any other scalper strategy, slippage can harm performance significantly.

My newest broker is the FCA regulated and FSCS insured London based pure ECN/STP VARIASNE broker with practically no slippage, but with slightly larger spreads. This new Varianse account can be found under my profile as RoboSniper 0.5x risk.

It looks good, but the EA's pip performance is significantly worse on this ICM ""TrueECN"" account than on my recently started account at the FCA regulated (and FSCS insured) London based VARIANSE broker. In other words the performance would look even better should I have started the EA running at Varianse a couple of months ago.

The main reason of the difference is the SIGNIFICANTLY higher spreads on my ""TrueECN"" ICM account during the night sessions, and so the EA's spread filter kicks in very often. Just an example: a couple of days ago the spread on CADCHF was 7(!) pips on my ICM ""TrueECN"" account while only 2 pips on my Varianse account... (It make one wonder why they call it ""True"" ECN...)

Of course, I am not willing to pay a 7 pips spread + ECN commission, while I can get the same trade with a 2 pips spread... Which is why I have moved out most of my funds from ICM and will be depositing it soon to this new Varianse account running the same EA at 1x risk:

i feel the same thing ,I'm using ICM ""trueECM" and sometimes spreads goes up to 50 pips During swap time.

and it's not Just ICM ,more brokers that I'm using wide spreads as well like i said up to 50 pips.

my EA start little bit early so the spreads are wide after I'm already in,

I will consider as well to move with my Funds there....will set up demo with Varianse this weekend.

BTW where is Varianse Servers and what is your Latency?

I can only say the best about Varianse so far, other than the ""obvious"": that they are FCA regulated and deposits are insured up to 50k GBP by FSCS.

Excellent spreads, superb execution speeds -- by the way 4x better than of ICM -- (an yes, there is an ""EA"" to test brokers' execution speeds by the milliseconds...) and prompt, polite customer service.

The only areas to improve: more economic (less costly) deposit/withdrawal methods, smaller minimum deposits and larger leverage on ECNpro accounts.

Nevertheless, I received an IB link from someone before opening my account through which I was offered a lower minimum deposit limit ($2.5k instead of $5k) and higher leverage (1:400 instead of 1:200) than advertised for ECNpro accounts on their website. (I can share the IB link for free via PM.)

yes I checked out that broker, shame they don't have deposit fee free option /withdrawal fee free with neteller like most brokers offer these days. What EA do you use to check execution speed between brokers? cheers.

You were smarter than me... 😄 As of today I have disabled it, too.

Liquidity was extremely low last night with frequent spread spikes triggering SL as never seen before. Apparently the Holiday Season should be an EA holiday, too.

Actually my VARIANSE account - running the same EA - has been doing much better, still in profit for December:

As of 2017 I will start the EA after the daily rollovers (which happen at 22:00 GMT) as there have been many SL triggering spread spikes over the past weeks happening specifically during the FIRST TWO MINUTES after the daily rollover, i.e. between 22:00 and 22:02 GMT. Be careful with those 2 minutes if you have open trades...

Thanks! This ICM account (at 2x risk) is just for continuity with minimal residual funds left on it, as the EA has been performing MUCH MUCH better at the pure STP/DMA VARIANSE broker where I have $10k+ total running on the EA, not to mention the additional $40k+ client funds.

Every one I want to share my nightmare experience here. After sending so many messages to mr FXMASTERGURU but he is not reply me any more and now I can not see any other way but to come here and ask help of every one.

I asked the price ofRoboSniperEA 2x Risk via PM. 1st Mr FXMasterGURU said it's for his personal use and if I am really eager then he can sell me a copy for $500. When I agreed to pay $500 then he said he can give me free of cost if I can agree to use his suggested Broker with minimum balance of $10,000. He asked me to open account in http://varianse.com/ and send my account number to him.
I agreed to start with $5000 then he said that he can manage my money for him and he asked me to transfer him the money and he will pay me 5-10% return on my money every month. After I transfer him the money he just said to wait for 1st month.
Now that he have lost enough money in his account now he is telling me that my money is gone and that it is part of business.
I have no where to go and complain.
MR FXMASTERGURU i am not asking you to return my all money today but please try to understand my situation it was my hard earned money. if you want then i can wait for another 3 months and then you can start paying me back.
I am waiting for your suggestion on this matter.

As the most "Vouched" senior member and ""Scam Hunter"" of MyFxBook it was expected that one of the hunted scammers - or their 'aliases' like Forex_Gain - will retaliate. It is surprising that it had not happened sooner and more often as I have put a few of them out of business over the past years.
