I have bought this, the support is absent from more than 1 month, i think this is a crap and i will time by time, when i will decide to do it, i will remember it, so other people will think before to buy it! it's obvious that English isn't your first language, that's not a problem but yes everybody have their own decisions to make. What i am seeing though is allot of people slaging the sphantom ea off with one hand and wanting anyone's sphantom ea for free with the other. Opportunist thats all they are.
Of course is not my fst language i am italian and i have learned english by myself! Anyway i agree with u that here there are a lot of opportunists (people asking for free or almost for free the ea, other vendors coming here to advertise their scraps)! what i can say and for sure u will agree with me that Sphanom team is unprofessional, since they stopped every type of support of communications! About the Ea we can have different opinions: for me is the worse EA i never tried! i use a lot also free and i am earning from everyone of them, except Sphantom! The strategy for me is not good and struggles sometime to make few pips profit, risking hundreds of pips! Maybe someone will not agree and i do not pretebd to be right, it's only my opinion!

I don't think the fact that it does not work on new build is the main factor! As you may know they do not reply to e-mails and not give any support. They have already made money on this crap! They are now busy on a new crap: Pipable menkent! try to send them a support request also for Sphantom!

Anyway i will try to help u! u are trying to install Sphantom directly in build 610, or it was installed in a previous version and now u have updated the mt4 on the new build? because in the first case maybe Sphantom will never work (if the vendor does not update it, and it will never happen), while in the second case it should work fine (on my updated mt4 works). I know that on new build installation files may not work properly and u need the expert to be manually inserted in the proper folder (and with Sphantom u cannot)!

Move the Sphantom Auto Trade.ex4 from [expert] folder into [mql4 -> experts] folder and sPhantom.dll from [expert -> libraries] folder to [mql4 -> libraries] folder.

I manually installed it into build 600 and 610 should be the same I believe. Use the : File - Open Data Folder on your MT4 to find the correct place for the experts and libraries folder and copy the sphantom.ex4 folder into the experts and sphantom.dll into the libraries folder and you should be all good to go.

Thanks allot it shows sphantom auto trader on the chart but didnt show the connection established mark as before so i dont know withere it is connected or not i will wait for next trade or if you have any other idea it will appreciated

After you drag and drop the sphantom EA onto chart, if you see account verification on left side on the chart window, then it works. If you attach onto it but nothing show on left side, then check the logs if any error. If still nothing happens, then you need consult sphantom, but i don't think they reply you shortly. I heard they have thousand of email need to answer since last time happened big DD. Usually i send email to them, they reply within 2 days.

Again this struggle to get 10 pips in the asian session and leaves a buy open in a day like this with so red news coming! the strategy seems to not work anymore and need updates, but no support from the vendor! It seems he is busy with other projects! i must confirm the fact the are ubsolutelu unprofessional and unfair! they stopped any support from 50 days!

I would highly recommend to close all outstanding EURUSD buy trades, the ECB may lower rates along with some QE, both of which is negative for the Euro. However, NFP numbers due on Friday may be bad as well, so that may lift up the EUR.
