PFD is in business since 1999 and a regulated broker since 2005. PFD is one of the very few NZ licensed brokers > https://fma.govt.nz/compliance/lists-and-registers/licensed-derivatives-issuers/. The Financial Markets Authority (FMA) regulates capital markets and financial services in New Zealand.
