I know you didn't ask me, but I would encourage you to try VantoFX, it's a solid brand and those are the people that helped to build Tickmill from 0. So I would say experts. It would be nice to hear other people opinion, maybe you will find weak points.

It depends. For example at VantoFX you can copy strategy providers from ICmarkets and other brokers.
