 FAQ 1: Do you manage accounts or trade private accounts?
 - Yes for many Clients, successfully since 2009, as verified here on Myfxbook.
 
 FAQ 2: Deposit amount?
 - Minimum deposit is typically $5,000 USD or equivalent in any currency. Institutional Client minimum is 10-20x greater.
 - Note that you deposit in your own named account at highly regulated brokers and we have no access to your funds, we only trade on your behalf; providing greater transparency than any "fund".
 
 FAQ 3: Do you invest in your own trading?
 - Yes. We are our own largest investors. One of our lead traders has over $1 million in deposits, as verified by Donnaforex in 2018. Another has $500k verified here at 1 or 2 brokers, but a lot more if you include all accounts. We lead by example and join ahead of Clients.
 
 FAQ 4: Which verified accounts should I view?
 - the recent or primary public verified accounts are near the bottom with names;
 - FXM ICMarkets / Institutional / Piggy Bank
 
 FAQ 5: What is the Fee?
 - Performance fee / share is 50%. Invoiced only 1-4 times per year. No Profit = No Fee.
 - Beware that most managers add commissions or hidden spread markups, and therefore you pay more for their normal, cheap, high risk and low probability strategies. Rather invest with the best.
 - To develop our system cost us at least $1 million, and it's the best of its kind, refined for over 15 years.
 - Monthly data feeds and servers cost $30,000 or more. Accounts are traded Separately.
 - It's the most expensive system to trade, but also the most reliable and profitable long term.
 
 FAQ 6: How to join your service?
 - Please send us an email with your country/location and deposit size, along with your questions.
 - Sign our trading agreement, deposit to your own brokerage account, send login and we begin trading.
 
 FAQ 7: Is there a minimum term / duration of investment?
 - No. Investors should allow us 3-6 months as an initial minimum investment term, but there is no fixed or minimum term.
 
 FAQ 8: Do you have a website?
 - ForexManager.com but this Myfxbook Page is our "front page" and proves our authenticity. Pretty websites with hypothetical results are mostly scams. Here we offer verified long term live performances at numerous brokers, managed by Pros with the longest record on Myfxbook.
 
 FAQ 9: Can we have a phone or Skype?
 - Yes, Skype or send your phone number for a call, but please first send an email. Skype is usually for emergency trading related support.

 - Contact: Clients receive direct support via Skype, Telegram & Email.
 - Media: YouTube, Facebook, Discord...more on request.
 - Address: Global online operations via servers in New York, London and Tokyo.
 
 FAQ 11: Which brokers?
 - Diversify with as many regulated brokers as your financials allow; begin with all the small deposit solutions.
 - To join all our preferred brokers would require millions.
 
 FAQ 12: Why are there no trades on my account within a week or so?
 - There were either no trades, no high probability opportunities or the trade orders did not fill.
 - High probability setups occur every week but not all will be executed.
 - we don't trade to generate volume or turnover; we really only trade to win!
 
 FAQ 13: Do you use an EA or offer copier service or training?
 - No, only managed accounts. Our source of income is purely from trading and investing in our trading.
 
 FAQ 14: Why is performance different on some accounts?
 - This VIP system is the same for all accounts.
 - Every account is traded separately and the difference is due to some milliseconds difference in order delivery and execution.
 - Performances differ somewhat per account, but all have been long term profitable with low drawdowns.
 
 FAQ 15: Why haven't some myfxbook accounts been updated recently?
 - Either an old account and funds have been transferred elsewhere or;
 - Myfxbook occasionally stops updating and requires a "forced" update to resync.
 - You may login to your broker Portal or trading platform to view statements.
 
 FAQ 16: send me your Investor password and statements?
 - No. Password access belongs exclusively to the owner of the account!!
 - Fraudsters would use the to upload our trading history to their myfxbook profile and pretend it's their strategy.
 - Myfxbook verification is widely used and trusted by the forex community for over a decade and is as good as it gets in investing and trading.
