Risk setting of 7.5 does not equate to 7.5% max risk per trade event. Look at your 1st trade event at 2001-02-24, assuming that there is no modification of SL levels and that 6 average down positions is the maximum, you're looking at a maximum DD of -23% in the worst case scenario.
