Ok, you're right about Abs. Gain, but with DD less than 8%, the account is far from a margin call. Maybe they just wanted to add more funds to increase their profits.

I think you have it backwards. ABS. GAIN is less than GAIN because they made withdrawals and didn't let the balance compound.
