Why not try a USA broker? CFTC has made it clear that USA traders can only legally trade with USA FX brokers. There are USA brokers that allow hedging and rebates on your volume.

There are several decent USA mt4 brokers available that will allow rebates on your trading volume. Please let me know if you are still searching for one.

Correct, this is just a website to link accounts to for verification and analyzing. You would have to contact the trader linked to whatever account you are interested in and find out if they are accepting managed account clients, etc....

is LMAX proper

Goldman Sachs is no longer involved there and LMAX is offering an ecn setup. they do offer fx and cfd's.
