Is this normal that Universal FX demo and live server is inaccessible for 12 hours and counting? Is there an ECN that doesn't crash like that?

Universal FX demo and live server is inaccessible for about 24 hours untill now and counting - MT4 says that my account is turned off. UFX Online Chat support repeats constantly they have some issues on demo and live servers and they are working on it... man, how ECN may just go down like that? What...
