EMCOR Group Board Authorizes Addl. $500 Mln Share Repurchase Program

(RTTNews) - EMCOR Group, Inc. (EME) announced Friday that its Board of Directors has authorized an additional $500 million for the purchase of shares of its outstanding common stock under its existing share repurchase program.
The repurchases under the authorization will be funded by the Company's operations. The share repurchase program has no expiration date.
