Alternative asset manager Great Elm Group, Inc. (GEG) announced Friday that Peter Reed has resigned as Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. The Board of Directors has unanimously appointed Jason Reese to the additional role of CEO effective upon Reed's resignation.
