Tesla Inc. is recalling more than 321,000 vehicles in the United States citing issues with the tail lights. In a filing with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration or NHTSA, the luxury electric vehicles maker said the recall includes some 2023 Model 3 and 2020-2023 Model Y vehicles.

China Leaves Key Lending Rates Unchanged
China kept its main lending rates unchanged for the third straight month as the weakening yen impede the ability of the central bank to support slower economic growth. The People's Bank of China left its one-year loan prime rate, or LPR, unchanged at 3.65 percent. Likewise, the five-year LPR, the benchmark for mortgage rates, was maintained at 4.30 percent.
