Agreed! A successful trading strategy is based on the aging... the longer of trading the longer solid build. But nowadays many traders trading short term but not looking for long term trading so in the end might back to zero if not managing well their risk.

you can try study my trading records as where I didn't use stop lost to control my lost at all, but I do use it as to secure my profit. Just my own experience to share.For beginer, yeah it does help but I rather the beginner to control of their trading lotsize to control their risk instead of using stop lost to controlling the lost

For what I know is, the profitable traders are all never share out their trading strategy out to public.. It was like a special secret recipe for a restaurant. And yet, if they got such free time to create a video or blog to promote their strategy why not they put more effort into trading as the profit earn much faster than the follow can be created through the promoting.

For me spread is not that important as I always markup the spread to my client's account for profit. The most important is the swap charges and commission in each trade as I'm a swing trader, this is most impact to my trading strategy.

For me I never use stop lost as to limit my lost to control my trading risk... the only controlling the risk is the lot size I open in my trade. I only use the stop lost as the same work as my take profit to secure my profit in my trading method.why keep aiming for controlling lost with stop lost where you can control it with your lot size where we trade forex actually all the same is looking for profit.

Totally agree with this... a same formula of method but not every single follower to learn and follow will come out different result is because different people have different emotion and habit of trading which will come out different result.
