A tool that shows historical spread during past news events

Oanda already has a historical tool but it doesn't target specific news events throughout the year. It would be helpful to select any specific high-impact news event and see the historical spread for one particular currency pair over the last 12-24 months. This would be a helpful tool to have. Select pair > select news event > see high, low, and average spread for the last 12 to 24 months.
Email balances of all accounts once a day?
