Hello fxsuper, we only use fibs to identify our pattern, entry, stops and exit levels. Our entry style is swing so we are either really right or really wrong on our entries but have a decent risk/reward method to get us ahead with less winning trades than losers.

industry standard is 2%-20% model, 2% management fee and 20% performance fee. This is industry standard for hedgefunds trading millions of dollars, not 1k trading accounts. Retail forex and trading should be much higher, 30% is more than fair. If you are profitable and have a good system then you have a skill that 98% of traders dont have and can build up your own capital to trade so don't sell yourself short and trade for free and dont accept clients that dont recognize your value as a profitable trader.

We all learend this year being a big broker meas crap when it ces to safety of funds. When a broker says it segregate client funds all it is a another bank account under the firms name they deposit client funds in and out of. It does nothing to protect your funds if the broker fails from a bad dealing desk or management. When insolvent everything is frozen. Only true way to protect a deposit is with a custodial account which is how similar to how alll liquidity providers trade ( prime broker credit agreement) etc . A custodial account is under your name and handle by a triparty party agreemen...

Never do individually managed accounts , There are too many excuses for the manager to tell you why your performance is different than their main account. Many excuses can be valid too such as copier latency, different pricing and markups compared to the manager main account and of course broker execution if the broker is different . The best way to truly be a part of someones trading is via MAM that is published.In our MAM all the all sub accounts share the same fill prices and commissions because they become part of the balance as they join.
