EUR/USD attempted to push higher yesterday, topped at 1.1436 but closed lower at 1.1366. Trading signals remain low for now, but the area 1.1380 - 1.1465 remains a good place for short positions with targets in the area of 1.1180 - 1.1050 with tight stop loss above 1.1465. The nearest support is at 1.1350. A clear break below it could take price to neutral zone testing 1.1280 / 50. Bullish pattern can be activated in a clear break above 1.1465.

The pair pushed back the support of 1.1205 and raised sharply above 1.1330. The short-term picture is positive for testing of 1.1386 and 1.1467.

EUR / USD had a bullish momentum yesterday, topped at 1.1293. My expectations are bullish on testing 1.1350 / 80. Initial support is at 1.1235, whose breach could lead price to neutral trading zone testing important support 1.1180, which should be clearly pierced for the continuation of the bearish scenario testing 1.1100 - 1.1050. Basically, as long as price stay below 1.1465 I prefer bearish scenario at this phase.

EUR/USD attempted to rise last week, topped at 1.1386 but closed lower at 1.1253. Trading signals remain neutral for now. On hourly chart this morning we had a double top formation, which suggests potential bearish scenario especially if price could make a clear break below 1.1180 to test 1.1100 - 1.1050. From a long term perspective and more likely scenario is bearish zone and 1.1380 - 1.1465 as a good place for sales with tight stop loss above 1.1465.

EUR recorded a decrease on Thursday after a downtrend throughout the day. The session starts at a price of 1.1323, then went down, reaching the lowest level for the day at 1.1183. Later reversed direction and the euro finished at 1.1257. In case the price continue to fall, the couple will move to the first support at 1.1051.

The euro registered a sharp rise in the first day of the new week after upward trend throughout the day. The session launched at a price of 1.1096, then the direction went down slightly, but in the afternoon the couple started upward move and at the end of the day finished at the price of 1.1302. In case continuing in upward direction, we can expect a test of resistance at 1.1467.

EUR recorded a second consequential reduction against the dollar on Friday. The session started at a price of 1.1237 and in the hours around noon it reached the highest level for the day at 1.1279. Later the price went down sharply, reaching levels around 1.1051. At the end of the day the euro finished at 1.1110 and if the downward trend continues, we can expect the first test of support at 1.0815.

Within the last two days EUR gained 3.30% against the dollar. The rally of the EUR is limited by the resistance around 1.1290, which the price reached several times during yesterday and today. When crossing this level I think that we may expect testing the top from 15 May at 1.1471.

The pair broke the three-day series of losses on Wednesday after the euro rose by almost 30 pips to a closing price of 1.0903. The session was not lack of volatility and extreme values were recorded respectively at 1.0928 and 1.0819. The pair recorded another day of decline during yesterday's session after trading in a relatively narrow range. The daily limit values were reached respectively at 1.1009 and 1.0959. Overall the EUR depreciated by 25 pips to a closing price of 1.0977. Perspectives remains negative, which probably will lead the pair to 1.0810.

If this week the price depreciation continues it might close at the end of the week at zone 80% 1.0794 ,and even at zone 90% 1.0732 . In the case of a reasonable foundation the pair may be increased to 1.1220. I'd rather play on trend and will set the targets close to those values.Good luck everybody this week!
