I traded without a purpose today. Points to consider Trade my plan, Plan my trades. Don't jump from time frame to time and finding setups.Stick to 1-2 time frames. The lower the time frame, the more restricted you are in your choice and number of markets you can trade.So if trading m1. you better stick to ONE pair. If M5 trade 3. M15 3 or 4H1 4-6. D1. 10-20 (you'd only need to trade 1 hrs which includes analysis and taking trade decisions etc)
