It was a credit card payment, they keep saying that they need something showing that the bot is not making the 8-10% profit. The bot was around 700usd and it´s totally useless.

Hi i have a question. I bought EA few months ago and it was advertised for consistent 8-10% profit.The bot has never made even around 2-3% profit and it´s mostly losing. I contacted my bank for refund and they say that i need at report of that bot not making the advertised for consistent 8-10% profit.I sent them mt4 account history report, but they need some report with saying that the bot was running there, which i completely understand. Do you know how can i get any report where it says that the bot was running on the mt4 account and never made the advertised profit? Or any other way? ...
