True, but based on MPT, and trader B knows what he is doing, it greatly reduce portfolio volatility with negative correlation pairs. Your investor will see stable growth and losses.

You cannot have same volatility for Trader A and Trader B and bound to have lower volatility when you cross-trade pairs. Stability is key for your future investors.
