That is true but demo trading is all about practice. It doesn't really capture the emotional side of trading. You need a real live account to slowly get yourself acclimatized to risking real money
How about "Live" trading?

I'm the same I have been on 5 min time frame for ages but recently I got back into using the 4 hour time frame. There are some really reliable trades that can be made on 4h/. The stops are a bit larger but so are the profits

High risjk - high reward is true speculative trading. Maybe you can do this kind of thing for a bit of fun but you can't put serious money into any trading account that has high risk. I've seen so many systems like this make good money for a few months and then crash like a stone when the market turns
