趋势跟踪的本质？趋势跟踪就是当价格涨到一定程度就做多，跌到一定程度就做空。这个“一定程度”是自己设定的。本质也是个过滤器。市场只能以趋势和震荡两种状态，而不可能出现第三种。趋势跟踪是一种震荡过滤策略，把震荡过滤了，剩下的就是趋势了。所以你说的问题，什么叫跟踪？我们不如逆向思考，问自己：什么叫不跟踪？过滤掉，不搭理，不采纳，不参与，就是不跟踪。对震荡不跟踪了，反过来，就是对趋势进行跟踪了。
