@djogjacinta That would be hard time for you while the trade is running.I also have ThinkForex account, this problem has been all day.Even on 4 hr chart, you can see some jumps up/down.Their website is not accessible while the problem is having.Kindly regards,Phum.

@HansI got notification from WorldPay (UCVhost's payment provider that the automatic monthly payment is failed which is good for me. I have the same service like you have paying on advance. I tried to contact WorldPay by email, there was no reply. Is it better to contact my bank? thanks,

@BtBTS Thanks for your comment, I have hoped to know other telling how horrible this company is.I'm from Thailand. I've been using ucvhost's VPS service for several months.My VPS has not worked for a week seriously, this is unacceptable for VPS right?During this problem, I tried to contact the company as many times as I could.- The ticket system "The only way they have to let us contact".I messaged a complaint about my vps was down. No response from them at all.The only time I got the message was when they reply to me "Sir, your VPS is working fine. Please check"...
