As others have mentioned there are limited options in the United States due to regulations, primarily Net Capital requirements which are $20 million. To put that in comparison most other jurisdictions require $1-2 million. Forex.com, Oanda, TD Ameritrade, and Interactive Brokers are the only regulated ones. All others are operating illegally.I would also check out Forest Park FX. They helped me find a broker.

You may want to check on that 7-10 accounts with the new MIFID II regulations that went into place. Chances are this is no longer correct and you need to get properly licensed.

I would argue that the best traders always protect their downside. They realize when profits cannot be made and sit back to live another day.If you are on myfxbook soliciting for business would that still be considered as family and friends? My guess is not so much!

With the new MIFID II / ESMA regulations you will no longer be able to run a MAM account with a European regulated broker unless you hold the proper regulation. You are going to have to switch to an offshore or ASIC regulated broker.

For now the rule changes seem to be that if the broker has multiple jurisdictions, which one is EU, then if you are an EU citizen your account will be opened there. I.E. if you live in the U.K. and trade through a duly regulated FCA/ASIC broker you can't go to their ASIC regulation.But, if an ASIC regulated broker doesn't have any ties to Europe (no Cysec, no FCA) and you are an EU citizen you can freely open accounts there.We will see how long this lasts though.

I doubt that this is going to go through unfortunately. Metaquotes has already announced they will stop selling the MT4 platform. So, it is logical to believe that they won't put anymore time and effort into developing new tools for it.
