MetaQuotes VPS and Myfxbook EA Publisher

Hi,I have been using Myfxbook publisher EA to publish my account information to Myfxbook through my forex VPS. But recently i shifted to VPS service provided by MetaQuotes (which integrates with the broker and executes trades with much less latency). But the problem is that VPS service does not allow DLL imports, thus i cannot use the EA publish method any more.However, i heard that once EA publisher is used, i will not be able to use the old FTP based publish method on my account. I have been trying to set it up but kept on getting login failed error. Are there any available solutions to this...
