Hi there, I had a live account set up and running perfectly up until today when I noticed it wasn't updating. I checked my MT4 journal and came across the following error messages: 'TemplateFile: cannont open template file' followed by Publisher: error when building report 'C:\Program Files\MetaTrader - Alpari UK\profiles\statement.htm' The two demo accounts I also have set up on my porfolio are working OK. I did try restarting my MT4 platform but to no avail. I was hoping someone could suggest a solution. Many thanks. Phil
