A lot of inexperience here with concerns, trust the system and trust the guys managing it. EUR is bouncing off support with confirmation right now. But my point is this, no EA is 100% but robust testing and a get out plan is what makes success. Chill out, let it run and watch it come back. if not today then tomorrow or next week.I don't even know these guys, i run my own and follow similar process

Dear MQL,unfort my last correspondence did not get a reply from yourselves, and i would like to confirm the support for myself before i commit.Can you please advise the following:1/ is the amount per trade automatically calculated by the amount of funds in the trading account? 2/ what is the % profit per trade at levels 10/20/30 etc3/ I assume that i add your EA to my MT4 as normal EA's?4/ What is your magic number please? or can i adjust this at my end as i do not want it to interfere with my own Robots.5/ can i pay by bank transfer or card or how do i pay??? paypal?6/ with recent tanking...
