So much about the trend being exhausted yesterday's NFP news provoked a further move to the downside. The pair has almost reached the support at 154.30 and I think next week we'll see that happen.

Yesterday's NFP finally caused more than a whipsaw, thankfully. EUR/USD kept rallying until the market closed. The rally will continue on Monday, most likely. Next target is at 1.1400.

I agree, the GBP/JPY downward trend seems exhausted and the pair found support at 156.40. I think the move to the upside will continue at least to 158.40.

Personally, I'd say that it's best to avoid gambling altogether. Unless you're very rich and you're doing it for fun it's just not worth the risk.

GBP/JPY formed an incredible shooting star on the four-hour time frame and started falling. Now it's testing 161.60 and a breakout below that support would mean it will continue falling towards 160.50.

True, we're all looking for profit. Forex trading also provides an intellectual exercise, the opportunity to meet new like-minded people, etc. but the profit is the most important reason.

The pair broke above the resistance at 159.70, so I opened a long again. In my opinion next target is likely at 160.70, but it may climb above that level.

Unfortunately reigning in your emotions is usually one of the hardest things to learn about Forex trading. You can learn the theory, you can even learn how to apply it in practise, but if your judgement is clowded by greed or fear you still will struggle to make a profit.

I agree, Forex requires lots of study and practice and planning, you can't just start trading and expect good results.
