Exactly. Help page is not working. Each mail I send them through help page immediately get the status - closed, resolved or duplicate. Only option is to sent directly through

Why I kept the money is not relevant at this point. The point is that the money must be safe no matter what the amount is in question. And if there are unauthorized transactions or theft, the customer should be refunded.

Hello, My account at Skrill was hacked and I lost $11,400!!! I notice unauthorized transactions and notified Skrill immediately by phone, about an hour after that transaction was made, I sent them everything they asked and they didn't help me. I got after 8 days an email where they saying that the money left their system and they can not assist further.
