What do you like best about Just2Trade?
I like that I get access to US and EU exchanges and can trade a wide range of ETFs. The fees are low, execution is fast, and I can stick with MT5 which works well for me. Support is responsive anytime I’ve needed help
What would you improve about Just2Trade?
Would be great to see deeper ESG fund filtering tools or maybe more analytics directly in the platform. The web interface is okay, but I rely more on external tools for insights

The platform avoids distractions, which makes monitoring performance straightforward. Not a place overloaded with signals or market noise – which is exactly why it suits structured rebalancing strategies. One area with room to grow: broader coverage of ESG-specific fund data. I’ve been trading with J2Trade for about a year now using the MT5 Global account. Mostly swing trades on US and European stocks, plus a few ETF positions. What I like most is the clean execution and reliable pricing – no surprises when it comes to order fills or fees. Access to IPOs starting from 1000 $ is a nice touch, and withdrawals have always been processed smoothly. I mainly stick with MetaTrader, but their web interface also gets the basics done if I need to check something quickly. Overall, it’s been a steady experience

I replenished my account in just2trade, everything was fine, sometimes I withdrew money and it arrived quickly. But in one of the withdrawals in cryptocurrency, the withdrawal was rejected and I was offered to open a card in an unauthorized bank, which I did. After the card was in my hands, the withdrawal button was no longer active and could not be pressed. I wrote to technical support, they said "this issue is handled by the compliance department." They always said the same thing. After waiting two weeks, I asked to unilaterally terminate the contract and withdraw funds, to which I received the answer "they cannot close the account while there are funds in the account." As a result, I have not been able to withdraw money or terminate the contract for almost a month. Technical support constantly says the same thing. In continuation of this review, I submitted a repeated order to close the account, to which I received a response about the need to send a new second document after sending the second document, a few days later they sent me an agreement to terminate the brokerage account by email. And a request to close all positions and withdraw funds within 10 days. But after logging into your personal account, the withdrawal button still did not become active. I wrote to their technical support, two hours later I received a response that the restrictions were lifted and I can withdraw, but after logging into my personal account again, the button still did not become active. After that, technical support again says to wait for a response, which I have been waiting for 3 days. I highly do not recommend this broker!
UPD: 9 days have passed since receiving the agreement to close the brokerage account and the request to close positions and withdraw funds, but the withdrawal button still does not work. Technical support still says to wait until their other department responds.
UPD: today I received the response "To consider the possibility of withdrawal, provide the details of an account in dollars / euros outside your country," that is, you can deposit any cryptocurrency, through a bank, but you can't withdraw, and now generally run to another country, open an account and we will only consider whether there is a "possibility of withdrawal." It is better to think 100 times than to deposit money here!!!!!!
UPD: tomorrow the term ends according to the provision on termination of the contract, which states to withdraw funds within 10 days. but the withdrawal still does not work, technical support still answers to wait.
UPD: in 10 days about closing the account. they simply closed the account with my money, writing that they moved it somewhere for storage and wait for an answer.
UPD: I gave them the details of a bank in another country to withdraw the money they asked for, they said to wait. Will they withdraw the money or was it another excuse?

Order execution is reliable, even during earnings season. Orders get filled at my set prices without unexpected slippage. Fee transparency is also a big plus.
What would you improve about Just2Trade?
The research tools are a bit basic — would be great to see more advanced analytics or screening options added over time.

The execution speed and reliability give me confidence, and I’ve never encountered surprise fees. While the platform isn’t overloaded with features, it covers all the essentials and works smoothly for focused traders
