Dr. Richard retired as Associate Professor at Azusa Pacific University and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor. He has been licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist and certified as a JPEA Consultant, D.I.S.C. Consultant, Prepare/Enrich Consultant, and PREP Consultant. His studies include:
PhD in Marriage and Family Studies from the Fuller Graduate School of Psychology at Fuller Theological Seminary

Master of Divinity in Pastoral Counseling from the C.P. Haggard Graduate School of Theology at Azusa Pacific University
