I guess Broker Arbitrage is just a fake account created by Deutsche Trading to attract preys for them to eat.
They even got people money by selling bullshit Broker Arbitrage EA!
Deutsche Trading make people think they are German broker but just a Russian rat!
Stay away from them, scam 100%

After some time I asked for a withdrawal, but they did not give me my money back!
Scammers!
Every day I ask Deutsche Trading (Skype) if they have news of my money ..
They did not answer me!
They are scammers!! Thieves!
