1) start with good money, you should have enough money with the ratio of what you want to make on daily basis.
2) keep patience while choosing your trades, do not jump in the market all the time
3) go slow, trade small
4) keep wide stops and trade small
5) trade majors

USDCAD moved sideways in a trading range between 1.3195 and 1.3339. As long as 1.3195 support holds, the price action in the range could be treated as consolidation for the uptrend from 1.3068, further rise towards 1.3450 is still possible after the consolidation. Only a breakdown below 1.3195 support could bring the price back to 1.3100 area.
