cTrader support - but how ?

can anyone tell how to do it exactly ?
my broker is roboforex. the login-data for my roboforex-account does not work.
and when I use my cTrader (ctdn) account data, it works, but my roboforex accounts are not available to link them with myfxbook
(which is no surprise, cause how would spotware know which broker I use and what my accounts are ?) I didnt find a way either to "link" my roboforex account to my ctdn account.
So, what am I missing ?
Please, mfb-team, clarify this, as it seems that I am not the only one being confused about this.

We've checked it with Spotware and you must first create a cTID if you don't have one - at this time it can be created only from the web platform (for example Roboforex - http://ct.roboforex.com/, Tradersway - http://ct.tradersway.com/ ):
1. Login to your broker's web platform and click "Signup" from the platform menu:
2. Sign up and confirm the activation email:
3. Login
Now you can go ahead to settings to add your accounts https://www.myfxbook.com/settings

I follow all the step and I can activate de account. I think it is a problem with the broker, IC Market, becouse I create a new account and follow the step and i have the same result, Invalid cTID or Password. Someone who work with IC Market can help me? please.

the ctrader id is for the webpage http://ctdn.com ...

i do not know why i can't change the broker to fxpro ...
