ECN with and without commissions.

What’s this all about ECN with and without commissions? My need is about getting the lowest spreads such as Alpari. Any similar options?

Low spreads with high commission charges won’t do you any good.

Look into all aspects when choosing a broker. Commissions, spreads, trade size, trading capital requirement, all are important criteria to look at. Ignoring even 1 can cost you. After some experience even leverage is going to be a deciding factor while trading.

Fxview is the one. Basically with no commission brokers, you'd find spreads to be higher than usual. so people usually prefer low spreads and low commissions kinda deal. Since you are into low spreads, I don't think no commission broker would be your thing.

If you are like me (someone just starting out) go for a low commission broker, feels nice when at the beginning of your trading journey you are able to save a bit of money. Won’t be possible when per trade you will have to pay a lot. With Alpari (my previous broker) I was paying $1.5 per lot. Currently I am using Fxview and XM and they seem reasonable to me. Spreads with both are low, starting from 0 pips. However don’t expect 0 pips at all times.

Even from those offering 0 spread accounts?

XM is a good choice is my opinion too.

Ya I definitely do not want to be paying a very high spread cost if that’s what a no-commission broker’s gonna give me. What are fxview’s commission cost? Also how’s the interface, I can’t be bothered with very complex systems!

At the moment, with the broker Amarkets, I park on ECN with a leverage of 1: 200 and a depot from $ 200

Commissions are minimal only $2/100k rt, for trading platform I use mt4 my all time fav, also, acttrader has good interface. You can open demo and try.

Brokers offering these accounts are either STP or ECN account brokers. More often ECN because the liquidity is high. And they can afford to give 0 spreads.

Alpari is good, spreads like you mentioned are the lowest, and leverage is mind blowing, although idk if anybody even uses 2000:1. Disclaimer: for very experienced traders only.
Up to 500:1 is okay, you will find most known brokers generally offering this much. Ones I have used in the past are ic markets and fxview. Both again low spread brokers. But I’m more of a broker-hopper. Now trying out forexbrew and qtrade.

True ECN always come with commissions. When broker makes almost no profit on spread he has to do it via commissions

I mainly trade with broker Amarkets using an ECN account and it has the fastest order execution speed

That is some food for thought, nothing comes for free after all.
