You can do CMT course. It's online based. A Chartered Market Technician (CMT) is a professional technical analyst that holds the CMT designation organized by the CMT Association (formerly the MTA), a global credentialing body with nearly 50 years of service to the financial industry. They gives you certificate once you passed the course.

Yes, many groups are doing trading courses with certificates. And those who are professionally doing trading courses. I am also enrolled in a course where I get a lot of important information about trading. At the beginning of my trading life, I had a mentor from whom I could not learn much. After much searching, I found a website through which I can contact the mentor of that training center and learn a lot from him. Their course materials are made in many languages. And they provide certificates.

I personally found it best when I'm learning based on my demo account than taking trading courses with certificates.

If you want to learn forex perfectly you can create a demo account under a good and reliable broker. That will help you to know all the basics of forex practically and properly.

The best thing to teach in trading is emotion-control.

Emotions can be a killer to a trading account. Any forex tutoring must cover that aspect in detail

Actually, it's not a very good idea to learn trading from some other traders, because there are plenty of scammers who will ask you to pay for their courses. There are lots of educational resources inthe internet and even brokers offer such a function as educational platform. The main here is just to dedicate some time to the process of searching for a such a broker.
I believe that you should start learning by your own from the very beginning. Try to find information about candles, how are they created and what do they mean, after that you can try to learn some information about patterns and indicators. Guess that this would be the best option.

Forex education is like the wild west our there. So many scammers. Better to learn what you can from the free websites and then develop your own strategy
