Clearly BlueMonkey need to explain the EA's mechanic a little bit to clarify something.
At the moment I could only assume the EA works locally, thus it analysis the market condition based on our own broker/VPS. This is the only reason I can think of that cause the differences between clients and master accounts.
However I still want a confirm from BlueMonkey that all trades are monitored by EA locally based on the open trades, and no orphan trades will be left open forever.
Somehow from this guy's account it worries me since he still has trades opened from the 9th.

So Alex can you roughly explain how your EA works like how it open trades how it close them? I believe transparency is very important in this business.

I have 6 trades active and BMEA master has 5 trades active, I do not which one is orphan! and to be closed manually.

There are only a few EA's which really works now.
It's like my hobby to test them..

@JohnMelvin I don't think there is any manual intervention, the problem is master account take much more pips than clients (strange is not contrary 😈), they said some funny non sense about broker but is clear there is some else
Also the fact that is not possible produce any backtest look suspicious.

Hi,
I agree with you. The vendor who does not refund or help in making it profitable is supposed to be treated as a scammer. I had purchased this EA long back and faced all terrible situations. That is reason I am using it in demo only. Buyers be aware!!!

I agree with you. The vendor who does not refund or help in making it profitable is supposed to be treated as a scammer. I had purchased this EA long back and faced all terrible situations. That is reason I am using it in demo only. Buyers be aware!!!
This is not true. we have helped and will help all customers to setup the EA and to make sure it works for them.

The client and master trades almost the same. you have to consider this is not a trade copier. this is an EA and the calculations would take in different parameters from one account to another. there for there would be minor differences but the overall results would be the same.

@bluemonkey 100/200 pips difference is not a minor difference sorry.
I think you have a good strategy, although is high risk/high reward, but is poorly coded and full of bugs. Also you really must work on customer care Alex.

This is not true. we have helped and will help all customers to setup the EA and to make sure it works for them.

But customers says you are not helping and making EA profitable. Setting is not difficult at all. Its common sense to set it as per instruction but making it profitable, not leaving orphan trades is not resolve by you at all. This scam created by you as you do not refund not make it profitable and manipulating the master account and cheating customers.

I just received the EA over the past weekend and have got ver. 1.1. Not sure if there is a difference in the later versions, but I know he is still handing out v.1.1 so it can't be that big a difference. My question is for everyone inquiring about orphaned trades. Why do you believe these trades have been orphaned? Is the only proof you have because of the "master account," which we now know is not a master account or do you have other evidence? Are you looking at the details on chart? Just wondering because orphaned trades can be very dangerous and will definitely influence whether I continue to use this EA. Thanks.

well said, what you call master account is not a master account. it is just an account that the EA is running on it for test.
also you have to consider the EA looks at previous trades before opening new ones and if there is a minor difference in the first one, it will carry it all the way for all trades. that said, i have mentioned time and time again, the overall results will be the same.

I understand that people are worried that trades are NOT EXACTLY matching with the master account displayed here and extra trades are being called as "Orphaned Trades".
Honestly, they are NOT orphaned trades. Orphaned trades are those that the EA doesn't know about and won't control or manage it.
Right now, I have 6 SELL EUR/USD trades open and the master account here only has 5. Which according to people here, is ONE ORPHANED TRADE. This isn't an orphaned trade because the EA knows about it and is managing it.
Check my screenshot, and the BlueMonkey EA does display 6 trades. If it displayed 5 trades, and 6 were open, then yes, one of them is indeed an orphan and I would be worried. The differences are due to different brokers, latency and slippage.

Guys, I had some big differences on my account like the others... Alex from bluemonkey has my vps details and he's investigating... beside of that he gave me few more instances and I'm enabled in some other brokers to compare...
Right now We're testing ironfx real, demo and i'm installing in a demo account at FXCM (bluemonkey real account)
