Right now it's 1 license per account. We have added discount licenses in members area. We plan to try to provide free demo licenses, but since we rushed to get this out as everyone was pushing we didn't get to do everything we wanted.

It is precisely because of the above that I will be requesting a refund. You can not change the rules mid stream. There was no notification that the licensing structure would change. That is complete BS if you ask me. I now do not trust them as I think they will try to screw you at every turn.

This seems one of the worst prepared commercial EA release Ive ever seen over all these years in the industry.
Is it the greed or lack of skills? Probably both...

Why do the people trust their hard earned money on such an unfinished product?

Granted this EA has had problems running with some brokers, I’ve experienced such issues in my trading accounts as well but it also runs just fine with other brokers as has been proven by this live account which we’re all following. I personally think that the support and effort being made by the EA provider to improve his product is outstanding. Keep in mind that this trading method is probably the absolute best available in any commercial EA and appears to have the potential to make incredible returns in a very short time. I mean, you can buy FGB for $85 or you could go and pay $1,500 for the Kangaroo EA, which only has the potential to make about 1/10 of the profits of the FGB. So, I really have to ask; are all the people complaining about this EA really so blind that they can’t see its profit potential or are they just that impatient? ....probably both!

If you don’t have $85 to buy a copy of this EA for each account you want to trade it on, then you should probably be asking yourself if you’re really in a financial position where you should be risking money in the markets at all. My 2 cents!

Again,it has nothing to do with performance good or bad. I bought a program that had 1 license per "MACHINE!" I was in the process of running it on 7 demo accounts with 7 different brokers to evaluate the performance on different platforms. I already paid for the basic. I then just paid for the power version. Its not about the money. I could buy this 10 times over. It's the principal. They changed the rules with no notification. Hell, had I known that I probably wouldnt have upgraded. I was already using a work around that is better than what they have coded. Whats next, 2 months down the road is it going to be a monthly subscription and and all the copies will stop working unles you pay the $20 a month fee?

Hi as stated in the e-mail update... we are very busy today so bear with us many questions coming in from email and such :). Best to email us if you want fast response.

Unfortunately, i dont think we will allow transfer of old licenses as we are transitioning to this new version and hope to come out with more updates fast to help everyone get even better results :).

I hope you are reading this as you have really done your clients a real disservice. At a minimum we should have been grandfathered in, or at least notified that you were changing the original purchase agreement, which i do not think is legal.

Unlike other scams and cons out there selling poorly constructed robots.. this is a good one and we are working to conitnually improve it. These improvements cost money. In addition, we haver found many people abuse our policies. This isn't about screwing anyone over this is about be able to continue delivering updates for free and support. We do recognize this may not be ideal, but we want to try to help by trying to offer free demo accounts as this will allow most to do testing on more than one if they wanted to. I apologize for this. And more than happy to dicsuss further.

It should work on Forex.com - Faridns, but if others can chime in would be great.

If people would prefer a monthly fee instead then we would be able to do more licenses for free. We are geninunely trying to work on helping everyone make money. But we need to be able to do it realistically. This product is worth a lot more than $84.99 .

ok, stop changing the rules. enough at one time payment dude do not make it additional monthly.

it's okay, 1 license for 1 real account and 4-5 demo account, but we still able to migrate the license to other our real account by showing zero money at previous real account. like FAPTURBO did and do until now. they offer 1 license for 1 real account and 4 demo account. and they allow us changes the real account by showing zero money at previous real account first.

how about that?

P.S. i think you should give a list first, which broker that works with this EA. my broker is EXNESS, it's work or not?

Thats fine .. I understand costs, etc. I am in business also ... however you do not do what you did to everyone that had already purchased your program by arbitrarily changing the licensing agreement. If you need more money because you mis priced the product, raise the price for new purchasers. But dont come back at us, the ones that initially supported you and your program because you feel that we didnt pay enough. The bottom line is, you should have warned everyone that the new download would limit what they could do with the program, the additional costs, etc ..and give them the option to upgrade or not. I just do not think what you did to the poeple that had already purchased the program wasthe professional thing to do. You handled this very badly in my opinion.

Hey fxgrowthbot, one thing that would be nice from a licensing stand point is if you could say, run the FGB EA on a VPS and then also be able to run backtesting on a home computer using the same MT4 account and the same FGB license. I know there are other EA’s that can operate that way but it doesn't appear that it's possible with the FGB EA.

Hi RTSE,

Yes, perhaps not all , but MANY of you and others not here , hammered us to come out with an update as fast as possible. We were not able to finish all the changes we intended, which we are working on now, but we plan to provide a solution for multiple demo testing for FREE with no additional license costs, and doing 1 live account per license.

You can change your live account at anytime. And transfer the license seamlessly.

I'm sorry that some of you are agitated. And I appreciate some of you defending our position. But we have NO intention of screwing anyone over.. like said this is $84.99 not $1,000. We priced it low so people CAN actually afford it. And no we won't turn around and force you to pay a monthly fee down the road.

This is a one time fee per license and we will NOT be changing that for the robot itself.

As "good" as the EA seems to be for now, what other changes will be made tomorrow, ... or next week!!!

FGB, you did for me current the best EA I have ever seen. Maybe he is not programmed clean, but this I have no idea. But I see that he makes very good profit and I see you do excellent support.
And if you ask $ 100, that is nothing. Because we see how we can make $ 250 in a short time to $ 1500.
And what have we do? NOTHING.
FGB is working all the time because they may have expressed himself wrong, or there was a communication problem internally.
Whatever.
Stay with the current Rules and corrects the PDF, the dates confuse us.
And maybe this info should also be a license, an account are on your site, just a thought.

I have to say, sorry for my criss cross English, i try my best.

Hi Hogdust,

I apologize, you are correct, perhaps we could have announced it first and made it clear. We did in fact raise the price at one point and guess what... same reaction you are having now, is the same we received. It never changes. We create a good product, are continuing to update it. We do not intend to do anything crazy as some may suggest, for example we will not come out with monthly fees for the robot out of the blue. We had planned this since day 1 , but never were able to implement it properly.

Many companies will charge fees for such kind of results.. continual fees , never ending. We are keeping our fees limited.

We have no desire to cause ill will. We want to continue improving the EA and continue helping. We aren't going to force you to pay a monthly fee or do anything drastic to continue. Think of it as a partnership we are going to do our best to work for you, but you need to help us out.

Sorry to butt in.

I am not a customer. So this is an unbiased opinion from someone looking at it from outside the box.

The way I see it is like this:

Think of Toyota releasing a new model.. lets say a Corolla to the market. A few months or perhaps a year later... it releases a newer version of the Corolla. You still have to pay for the newer one if you want it. They are not going to simply exchange the previous model that you own and give you the new one for free.

Sometimes the variation in the models is minor... maybe newly designed lights and a few extra features in the cabin or something like that. Either way, an existing owner of the previous model doesn't get the new model for free in exchange for what he currently owns.

This is the closest comparison I can come up with.

Maybe there've been gaps in communication between the vendor and its customers.. but that's not reason enough to force the vendor into continuing its endeavors in constantly improving the product at a loss..... afterall everyone's in this to be profitable right?

They can easily stop improving the product and relaunch a totally revamped product branded differently at a totally different price point/monthly fee/or % of profits on your account.

Having said that... however if the original product has any bugs then it is the vendor's obligation to provide a bug-fix free of charge... something like a free solution from the manufacturer for factory defects found in a new car.

Maybe the vendor should define its scope of work in making available a bug-free version of the current product without any additional features and frills. Once that objective is met the vendor can then work on a variation of the current product which offers more features and sell it at a different price point under new terms & conditions.

Just my thoughts. 😉

thats a car,dude!
this is an EA...haha..software programming..thats a huge different..

i think if the FGB want to cover the cost of the new update version, they will have to raise a price for a new customer..not us..the previous customer...if FGB very confident this new updates are really improve and good, they should sell it to new customer...again not us... dont be afraid if FGB cannot attract new customers...we the old customer, are the important one!we will tell other people if FGB is good or bad...we are FGB's mouth to mouth advertising...we are the effective marketing strategy...

remember that FGB...your priority to us..not the new one...i will waiting for FGB patiently...never refund...i hope other people also patiently waiting for the new upgrade...i will support the FGB and hopefully FGB also will support us
